Knights Property Management (KPM) is a family-run business and we take great pride in offering friendly and efficient service at all times. Started in 2017 by Martin and Penny Knight, the business has grown through recommendations from both landlords and tenants, and we are now joined in the office by close friend Susie, daughter-in-law Clare, son Jack, Holly, Stacey and our office dog, Fergus.
We have owned and managed a portfolio of our own properties over many years and therefore understand the needs of both landlords and tenants.
We cover Goole, Howden, Selby and the surrounding villages, however, our online paperless systems enables us to manage other properties much further afield.
